Child custody decisions are pivotal. KRG Law prioritizes the well-being of your children in negotiating custody/visitation rights, all while keeping you informed of the financial implications in terms of child support. We aim to create parenting plans that foster a stable, loving environment for your children, while also respecting your rights and wishes.

Establishing paternity can be crucial for various legal entitlements and responsibilities, including custody, visitation, and support. Our firm handles paternity cases with sensitivity and confidentiality, ensuring the best interests of both the child and the parents are served.

Whether you are seeking to establish, modify, or enforce a child support order, KRG Law is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for your family.
Prenuptial Agreement
Drafting and reviewing prenuptial and postnuptial agreements to protect your assets and clarify property division terms, ensuring peace of mind and financial security for both parties.

Spousal maintenance is designed to provide financial stability post-divorce. Our attorneys work diligently to secure fair spousal support arrangements, whether you are seeking support or required to provide it. We are adept at navigating the complexities of spousal maintenance to ensure a fair outcome.
Collaborative Divorce
Collaborative divorce is a legal process that allows spouses to negotiate a divorce agreement with the help of professionals, instead of going to court. It's often used when spouses are not on bad terms and agree to settle disputes out of court. The goal is to reach a mutually beneficial outcome while reducing stress and minimizing costs.
